Non-refundable Products

  • Digital products or services like websites cannot be refunded.
  • You cannot return products or services we may have customized or personalized.
  • Items sold or merchandise bought in a promotion are not necessarily entitled to a refund.

Refund Procedure

Once KAI Marketing receives your refund request and, if applicable, the returned item, we will examine the item or review the service provided to determine whether your refund request meets our policy criteria. If your refund is approved, KAI Marketing will initiate a refund. You will receive your money through the original payment method. Please allow ten business days for the refund to be processed.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, recheck your bank account. Then call your bank, as it may take some time before your refund gets reflected officially. If you have done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, kindly contact us at info@kaidm.com
